About Kimberly Hassinger ~ ABR, PSA, CREN, REALTOR

Kim obtained her real estate license in March of 2001, but started her real estate career a year prior, working for a luxury home builder since February of 2000. She has spent over 24 years in some sort of real estate role, either working as an On-site Agent for a New Home Builder, or working exclusively with first-time home buyers with challenged credit. She also studied for, and received her mortgage license in 2017. Kim says that she was “destined” to be in this industry, mainly because she loves working with people and is always willing to help folks, especially realizing the American Dream of Home Ownership! But ultimately it is in her blood due to the fact that she grew up as a Real Estate Developer’s daughter back in PA. Kim’s father built shopping centers, churches and business complexes, while she was growing up. This background has enabled Kimberly to gain a well rounded aspect of the industry. Kim majored in Interpersonal Communications in college while attending ASU. Her understanding of how folks communicate, has given her clients an edge in that they can be assured that she will listen between the lines to meet their needs to the best of her expertise.
